Yo quería pillar tarrina de helado vainilla-bourbon del lidl porque quería hacer batido de vainilla. Y porque está buenísimo, pero rico de verdad
Lo curioso del tema es que me encanta la vainilla pero no me gusta nada el batido de vainilla. Es una de tantas paradojas de una servidora.. pedir o comprar cosas que no le gustan demasiado (tampoco soy idiota) sólo porque son bonitas o suenan bien al decirlas.
Y me parecía que con el calor que estábamos pasando yo tenía que probar a hacer batido de vainilla.
Y me puse manos a la obra.. la primera es que lo hice con batidor de varillas manual porque miré tres veces para la batidora pero no la vi. Deduje que mi hermano pequeño había saqueado recientemente y me quedé tan ancha.
Y empiezan las aportaciones. Vi quería echarle chocolate. Así que supusimos lo que teníamos que hacer:
mientras yo batía helado y leche (eché azúcar pero en la segunda ronda ya no se lo puse, para mi gusto con el azúcar demasiado dulce) él fundía chocolate. Lo habíamos comprado en el lidl, chocolate al 60% de cacao. En el microondas es mucho más rápido pero como no teníamos lo fundimos en la vitro (tampoco llevó mucho, eso sí, pasamos del baño maría así que hay que tener cuidado que el chocolate enseguida se pasa) .
Total.. que yo tenía ya batido helado y leche.. él tenía fundido el chocolate... y ahí viene la mezcla...
el chocolate (caliente y líquido) al ir introduciéndose en el batido (frío y líquido) se solidifica pero en .. no sé.. en trocitos.. hace como "chocolate chips" o algo así..
Total, que está de muerte!!!!!
Yo le eché canela porque me encanta pero daba igual está buenísimo..
Eso sí.. yo lo recomiendo para media tarde, después del trabajo, por ejemplo porque... es tipo bomba energética!!!
Cómo supongo que hoy repetiremos probaré con batidora eléctrica pero me da que no va a ser el mismo resultado... sobre todo al echar el chocolate que lo que mola es que quede en trocitos. Y otra cosa, al "adornar" la copa, añadir cuchara.. los trocitos se van al fondo y es una pena dejarlos allí!!!!!
